A postdoctoral research fellowship offered by Harvard University through the Harvard University Center for the Environment. The programme aims to enable recently graduated doctoral researchers to benefit from Harvard’s academic and research resources in order to address complex environmental issues. Fellows work for two years with Harvard faculty members, and the academic host can be from almost any school or department at the university. The programme allows researchers to develop independent research projects that go beyond the scope of their previous doctoral research and build new connections between different disciplines and academic fields. The fellowship encourages interdisciplinary projects, with potential research areas including natural sciences, economics, law, public policy, public health, medicine, design, the humanities and other fields.
