You're browsing inside another app (Instagram, Facebook…) where installing isn't possible. Tap the ••• menu and choose “Open in browser”, or copy the link:
On iPhone the app installs from Safari (the blue compass). Copy the link and paste it in Safari:
- 1 Open the site in SafariThe blue compass browser — installing doesn't work inside Instagram or WhatsApp.
